Payments

When ordering single items for installation by yourself or your agents, please pay in advance via our online order form using your Paypal account or all major credit cards. (By all means contact us to discuss your requirements first. We are here to help you.)

Where your job requires our fitting services or other custom features, we can take payment by credit card or cheque. We will make the exact arrangements at your convenience. 30-day payment terms are available subject to status.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the mainland UK, free of charge, within 5 days of payment (for standard items) or confirmation of your order (for custom requirements), except where the product description clearly indicates other terms or you have asked us to come to alternative arrangements.

Quality Assurance

We promise to complete all work as agreed, and will take any necessary remedial action in the event of any problems.

Warranty

All of our products come with a full warranty against faulty materials or workmanship for a minimum of 12 months, often longer, please ask for details.

Title

Lakeside shall retain title over all goods sold until paid for in full.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and take all measures to protect your personal information. We only collect personal information that we need that is related to your order or query. In addition, we may collect aggregate information on location, browser type, advertisement click rates, etc., to improve our marketing and reach.

We do not pass your information on to third parties. We may occasionally send product updates such as upgrade news and information on new models and other products that may be of interest, if they may be of clear benefit to our customers. Please contact us if we ever send unwanted or duplicate etc. information and we will promptly sort the problem out.

Returns Policy for Online Orders

Where goods are dispatched for fitting by the customer or their agent, we guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason your high expectations are not met, contact us to allow us to arrange a replacement or give you an RMA number to allow you to return any items. The customer must arrange for the return to be made at their cost once an RMA has been issued within 14 days from receipt of their items.

We will issue an immediate and full refund upon receipt of the original, complete and undamaged goods. Where packaging or goods have been significantly damaged, we may charge a 10% stocking fee or an amount covering the loss in value of the items as returned, whichever is greater.

Products Including Installation by Lakeside

Where fitting is undertaken by Lakeside, we issue a specific guarantee according to the details of the product and your general requirements, which we can explain in the course of establishing your order details.
