MAXIMUM & MINIMUM HEADROOM

The Lakeside Remota, rolls into a compact housing, 300mm x 300mm which barely intrudes into the garage head room allowing full use of the roof area for storage, as you can see from the photograph on the right.

A simple installation, fitted with a manual override, to be used in the event of a power cut.

A shepherds crook is used to locate the fixing eye in the picture to the right.

Your would require only 100mm space either side to locate the guide channel which is 95mm.

Where the headroom inside your garage is particularly limited, a Compact version of Remota is now available, as can be seen in the photo to the right, which requires 8" (205mm) above the opening height. A 38mm extruded profile together with a 66mm extruded aluminium guide rail. Opening widths of up to 3 metres can easily be accommodated.

Remota Compact is also suitable for external applications as exposed components are made from corrosion resistant aluminium and then powder coated to a high standard.

	OPERATION Opening the garage without leaving your car will keep you dry and secure, whilst vertical operation allows you to park right up to the garage door without wasting valuable drive space.
	CONSTRUCTION Achieves maximum drive-through height to accommodate off-roaders and people carriers. The individual aluminium slat construction is exceptionally strong yet can be easily repaired if damaged.
	DESIGN Our roller design frees valuable overhead storage space which is wasted by traditional up-and-over or sectional garage doors. There is no need for keys as it locks automatically when closed.
	INSULATION Our tough double skin curtain is insulated with high density CFC-free foam to reduce heat loss and sound transmission. An innovative brush seal achieves superior draught proofing.
